Do I have to provide the lawn care tools and machinery?

 No, our professionals come fully equipped to handle the job.

Do you mind that I have a dog?

No, of course we don't mind.  But for your dog's safety and ours, we ask that you please keep him in the house while we work.

How often do you come?

 We provide one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly lawn   care. Your lawn may need a great deal of care, or a little.

What if we aren’t satisfied with a job?

We provide a 24-hour guarantee.  If you are not satisfied with the job, we will return within 24 hours to make it right. 

What are your security policies and screening methods for employees?

Do we have to sign a contract?

We have something we call a service agreement.  It isn’t a contract.  We are confident in our ability to provide quality service every time we service your lawn.  You are free to cancel your regularly scheduled lawn care service at any time.

What times do you work? 

We come during the day, so we can get the job done and you can return home to a beautiful lawn. 

I know I am supposed to ask if you are bonded and insured.  But what does that mean, exactly?

Yes, we are fully bonded and insured by Detwiler Inc.  Bonding refers to the protection afforded to the customer if an employee steals from the customer (never happened yet).  Insured means that our employees carry liability coverage for personal injuries and property damage, as well as workers' compensation insurance.  Basically this means that if anything is stolen, broken or an employee is injured while working on your lawn we will cover the costs. Again, just so you know, we have never had any problems with such things.
