The following is our default checklist.  For a custom solution all your own, feel free to print out this form and indicate the types and frequency of the cleaning services you require. Request extra cleaning services or opt-out of some of our routine-cleaning services.  Prices will be adjusted as necessary.

General Cleaning for All Rooms

Tasks Performed in Every Room, Every Cleaning Requested Frequency (if different from default)
Dust painting, wall ornaments.  Remove cobwebs.  
Dust windowsills and ledges.  
Dust lampshades.  
Dust and wipe down furniture, including legs and lower rungs.  
Dust shelves, mantle, counters and knickknacks.  Knickknacks moved and dusted under.  
Clean mirrors.  
Clean glass tabletops.  
Vacuum carpets.  
Vacuum cushioned furniture including under seat cushions.  
Vacuum and wash non-carpeted floors.  
Garbage and ashtrays emptied and removed.  

General Tasks Performed Only By Request Frequency  Rooms to Do
Window washing.    
Dust light fixtures, ceiling fans, blinds.  Wipe down baseboards.    
Wall washing.    
Sliding glass doors: clean track, and/or threshold, frame, clean glass inside and out.    
Polishing of intricate woodwork.

Dusting plants.    

Kitchen

Table and chairs wiped down and cleaned.  
Counters and appliances wiped down and cleaned.  
Sinks cleaned, scrubbed, sanitized.  
Faucets and sink-handles shined.  
Stovetop cleaned, control panel and front wiped off.  
Overhead hood wiped off.  
Microwave cleaned inside and out.  
Toaster crumbs emptied.  
Refrigerator outside wiped off (including top), handle cleaned.  

Kitchen Tasks Performed Only By Request Requested Frequency
Cleaning inside of oven and stove:  Remove racks, broiler pans, clean oven, remove drip pans & surface elements (if possible), remove and clean out oven drawer, lift range top, clean underneath.
Cleaning inside of refrigerator: remove and clean racks, crisper drawer, covers, clean inside freezer, clean freezer door liner, jamb & gasket.
Cupboards wiped down and cleaned, edges wiped.
All handles to drawers, cupboards and appliances wiped-down and cleaned.

Bedroom

Tasks Performed to Bedroom and Laundry Room, Every Cleaning Requested Frequency (if different from default)
Bed made and linens changed (if linens left out).  
Utility sink cleaned and sanitized.  Faucets cleaned, area behind sink cleaned.  
Washer and Dryer wiped down, handles cleaned.  
 

Bathroom

Tasks Performed in Bathroom, Every Cleaning Requested Frequency (of different from default)
Bathtub scrubbed and sanitized.  
Chrome in bathroom, sink, and other areas wiped down.  
Glass shower doors cleaned inside and out, including tracks.  
Sink cleaned, scrubbed, sanitized.  
Toilet outside wiped down and sanitized.  
Toilet bowl scrubbed.  
Outside of medicine cabinet cleaned.  
Soap buildup, mildew, and grout removed from corners and between tiles.  
Counter items wiped off (i.e., soap dish).  
Towel holders and toilet paper holders wiped down.
